This is my daughter’s vehicle. She handled the repair needs. Significant wait time, even with an appointment. She waited for the vehicle. There was no Timely communication advising the vehicle could be picked up because the needed part had to be ordered. She picked up the vehicle, there was some dismantling that had occurred. She went to the service writers area only to wait while someone was on the phone. There was no effort to pause the phone conversation to acknowledge her. She was instructed to return the next day for installation of the part on the précis it arrived. She was there very early and again, waited for the vehicle. It was later discovered the party didn’t arrive until 11:00am. Again, less than timely communication. I’m not impressed. If only there were a sliver of the urgency and responsiveness in service as there is in sales. I fret having to interact with your service department.

Vehicle was in shop 5 different times for the same issue, each time we were charged for different bandaids repairs (parts and labor). Being in customer service myself, we comp all additional charges prior the final solution. Which in the long run, solidifies referrals, generating more revenue.
