Brought my in car in for service 4 times for the same issue. Whereas I ended up paying for items which had nothing to do with part which caused all of my headaches. Felt as though I should have been comp for at least the labor rates charged on at least two of the visits. In addition was told we needed to get purchase a additional key, but when we picked up the vehicle we were given only the remote portion.
