Had a 8am appointment for transmission fluid change yet even after 1pm it wasn't done. The customer should be notified of the lengthy unnecessary wait time when the appointment is made, I was caught by surprise of the 4 hours then irritated by the extended wait time via text msg. It's absurd the amount of time wasted when the actual job takes about an hour.
I'll be looking elsewhere.

I was told the oil change and tire rotation were completed.Only to find out the service tech only checked the tire pressure and called it done after I paid for a rotation and oil change.Then he did not reset the computer in the truck for the oil life and the tire pressure.A simple oil change and tire rotation should not take 3 hours!!!

Alan did a marvelous job by quickly bringing me up to speed about the recalls I brought my King Ranch for, he even went the extra mile and worked out a great deal on a truck bed part I an interested in buying and even had my truck washed . Kudos to Alan
