I had a 10 AM appointment. And I was told when I made it that it normally could take us little an hour with an appointment. But even though I checked in on time, my car wasn’t put in the shop until 10:45 AM. And it wasn’t finished for almost 2 hours after I got there.
I’ve been there many times without an appointment. And it normally doesn’t take more than 45 minutes to check it in then! So why did it take 45 minutes to check in my car WITH an appointment? And I was late for my next 3 appointments because of this!
