Was given the wrong part to take home. Sales team never checked what box they gave me. Drove home only to realize the mistake. Home is 30-40 minutes away one way so I had to take extra time to go and swap the item.

Thomas was great. My car was great. The only issue I had was that you have a sign on the door saying masks required and not one of the four employees I saw had a mask on. I get that you likely won’t care at all about this comment and I debated even saying anything but if you don’t want to wear the masks - why have the sign?

I'm disappointed ???? with the service department because I know I didn't make han appointment but I called In the morning and the worker told me that it was OK to take my truck for a oil change I took my vehicle and when I got there they told me that it would only take a couple hours they took 8 hours for a simple oil change thats way past ridiculous just wasted 8 hours of my time. I would like for them to be more responsible with the time they take more serious.
