I would be completely satisfied with my over all service experience if it was done for free and I received a complete refund of the money i was charged.
The people at raceway ford lied to is repeatedly. They wouldn't answer my calls when i wanted to get an update on my vehicle. Made me rent a vehicle for 7 MONTHS!!! I paid for the vehicle rented out my own pocket for 7 MONTHS. They ignored my texts repeatedly. They told me many times that my van would be ready on a certain date and when that date came they wouldn't answer until i went in person just to be told it wasn't ready.
And then they tried to tell me it was ready and i turned on the van and it sounded horrible and wasn't fixed. I would be happy if i got a full refund.
