I was a tad upset. I have 3 to 4 ppl not acknowledge that I was there. Stood there for several minutes as 3 just walked right past me as I was standing infront of the door. 1 was looking at the computer, then got on the phone and after she was done with that call and I sighed, then she said. Someone will be with you. There was even a couple sitting in the chairs and 1 gal asked have you been helped yet? At that time I had already been standing there for 5 minutes before they were even asked if they had been helped. I dont want anything for this experience just hopefully next time Someone smiles or greets me and others. Only takes a second to cover the phone to say something

Always nice to know that my car is safe and in prime operating condition after a service with West Hills Honda. I do question the up-selling of additional services over and above the Annual Service. If these additional services are truly necessary, I prefer they be included up front.
