I don’t think it’s the best practice to make customer who comes in regularly service pay $120 to diagnose a simple issue. I looked at my report from my previous visit, approximately three months ago, and the repost said my brakes were at 5mm. Today the report says 2mm on the rear brakes. When I called in for clarification the rep said they probably only visually checked my brakes in the older report. I feel kind of duped, I thought my brakes were okay based on the report from three months ago, which is why I came in to have the car looked at, thinking it was something more serious. I could have saved the $120 and two hours of my time if I had known my brakes were actually much more worn than that report said. There was a lot of other things on the new report that weren’t on the old report, but I just don’t see how all those things could happen in such a short period of time, and less than 3000 miles apart. I’m just not sure I trust your service.
