I scheduled an appointment for 1200 and my car wasn't touched until after 1300. It took an additional two hours to complete the work I requested. The associate said that they had more work than they thought...sounds like poor management of the appointment system.

My wife brought our car in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. My wife asked was the tire rotation part of the service Ashley said yes. When our vehicle was ready for pick up she asked Ashley again was the tire rotation complete Ashley confirmed it was. Later after my wife got home read over her paper work she saw notes written the rotation was not done. Very disappointed,

I think Jasmine was a nice lady, but how she pressured me and what she told me about what was wrong with our van made my husband and I feel like we can’t trust the service dept. We know everything that is wrong with our vehicle. My husband put a sensor in that goes to his phone and he knew everything that y’all told us. The thing is, when our van was at 120,000 miles, my husband replaced our timing belt. We actually still have it and it was not cracked or anything. And y’all told us that our belt is splitting and is in the red and needs to be replaced immediately. We know everything that is wrong and we have been talking about either replacing our **** or just buying a new vehicle. We know that Jasmine probably gets a cut or commission of when y’all do service on a car. But to be honest, we were quite offended at her comments to us. Because of what was said to us and because my husband knows everything wrong with our van, we don’t trust this establishment. I think y’all must count on people really not knowing their vehicle. My husband is a mechanical engineer and he loves to work on our vehicles. He’s owned his very first truck since he was 16 and we are 42. He knows his cars. The odyssey in our van’s year has a known problem with the ****. But for her to tell us that we should have stayed on top of the maintenance we wouldn’t have this problem. And then she said she doesn’t understand why we don’t want to take advantage of this good deal package for replacing the timing belt and that I need to talk to my husband and call her back ASAP while we have access to the rental car. When we told her we are actually considering just getting a new vehicle, she said that we’d be saving money if we would just let them do the repair. She said it’s cheaper and we’d be saving money. It was all a little too much. Then when I go in to get my van, she tell the sweet older lady in front of me that she had the same problem with her timing belt that we did. And the sad thing, is this lady really might have an issue with her timing belt, but because my husband knows everything that is wrong with our car, and because that lady was told she has the same issue as us, it makes us feel like this establishment tells people things that really aren’t wrong with their vehicles just to make some money. The pressuring to have work done on our vehicle there. When she should have said, that’s great your husband does work on your cars, if we can help in anyway, let us know. If he needs any Honda parts let us know and we have them for y’all. Or if you’re looking for a new vehicle, please consider using us to sell you one. But because of how she handled us, we honest to goodness don’t trust y’all. And I’m sure no one will read this or care about our experience. I’m sure no one will get back to us. We aren’t people that give y’all money by letting y’all do work on our cars. So I won’t hold my breathe that y’all care about little ole families like us. But if someone asks our opinion, I’ll say that I think the recall process was nice and y’all made it easy. But I don’t trust that y’all are honest. I know I sound like a jerk, but this is how we feel. Even though my husband and I absolutely love Honda’s, and will always have Honda vehicles, I just can’t say that I trust this establishment.
