I had the tires rotated and on the way home I noticed the low tire pressure sign was lit. At the time I didn't know what it was, it was only after I got home and looked in my book I knew what it was. I would think they would have checked this before releasing the vehicle to me. Everything else about my visit today was great, just the tire pressure sign being on.

Only had the car for a year and spent $300 in the first couple weeks, now have to come up with another $2,200 something to fix whatever is wrong with it. Don't understand why it is that much and can't be lowered any I use the vehicle to take my other half to work and transport my almost 3 year old son wherever we need to go. She wasn't willing to do anything to help us with the price except refer us to a program where we could make payments but I told her we don't have good enough credit so that was all there was to it on her end.

We were not happy with the service. My daughter felt bulldozed by the service department. Called to cancel but was on hold forever, 10 minutes, and my daughter was in line forever as well and we were too late and they had (supposedly) already drained the fluids. Not happy!

Except that the part I needed was not in stock, the staff at the Honda dealership were responsive to me and all their other customers. I noticed that everyone focused on each customer, taking whatever time was necessary for each to be well served. They told me the hood cable I have is the wrong size, but it's the original. I talk to the person I bought my car from. I think the hood latch just needs a lube.
