Terrence is excellent at what he does and with his enthusiasm for doing as much as he possibly can for people in a professional and efficient way. Absolutely a five star employee. Honda, on the other hand, gets 0-1 star for it's user interface for the Clarity. Ended up wasting my time and the time and money of the dealership, aside from delivering useless information in a very misleading way that basically says, 'We here at Honda overpromise and underdeliver on the electric range of the Clarity. It's not our fault. It's the way you drive'. The very simple solution is to show a fully charged battery to have a 47 range capacity instead of the previous day's performance. Everyone expects that driving conditions will affect range, they also expect a full battery to have the potential to deliver a full 47 range if that is the published claim.

Having to bring the vehicle back a third time to get dashboard light bulbs replaced is a bit annoying. Wife asked to cancel the shuttle driver from picking her up and he arrived anyway definitely annoyed her. She took the shuttle since he did arrive but she had changed plans at that point and it threw a hitch in the plans.
