I realize you make no money off of recalls, but making a customer wait longer, because you have paying customers also in line. I made an appointment for 8am. I got out of there after noon. I have bought 3 cars from West hills. I will no longer buy from there.

Jarret was wonderful. He’s personable and cares about not only the quality of work done on my car, but he also cares about his customers. He explained everything that was being done, walked me to the waiting room, at one point, came into the waiting room and gave me an update, and then walked me out to my car when the work was finished. That’s the first time in five years that I’ve been given an update while waiting and ialso walked to my car when the job was finished.
