Yes I was happy with the service.

When I requested to keep the old wiper blades the service representative questioned why I would want them. I told him for spares in case when in ice/snow on our up coming trip the ones on truck got ripped or damaged. He then tried to tell me they get torn up when they take them off. I told him no they don't. I've done my own maintenance on my vehicles since 16 years old on the farm, aircraft mechanic for 40 years, etc. Then he said I was due 15k maintenance. I told him no thanks I do my own maintenance. He questioned me again you're going to drain the rear end oil. I told yes I do my own maintenance. Then about 4 hours later he comes and goes over the inspection and says we did 15k maintenance and... I said I told you I was doing the 15 K maintenance. Then he said, oh? And crossed that off. Hmmmm, last service they wrote on recorded they rotated the tires on the document. When I got home I waded my truck and discovered the tires were never rotated one of my wheels got scratched in a car wash and it was still in the same position. I emailed back this discrepancy and they blew it off as a typo. Now I'm suspecting the wiper blades maybe weren't going to get changed and I was about to be charged for a 15K maintenance N/D. Had request blades again. Finally got them. More but out of room W/N let me type more...

I was taken care of very promptly when I dropped off and picked up my car. Service was excellent.
