First time I’ve come here where I thought the service advisor cared about me & what was going on in my life. He tried to build a rapport & find out where I was coming from, where I commuted from & why just to get an oil change at West Hills Honda. I hope he stays around so I can continue getting help. Seems like a lot of auto service centers are just there to try to make $ off of me & I’ve had many bad experiences. I almost don’t want a car anymore. It’s becoming less & less affordable. The service was excellent. Patrick was outstanding. Your “Dog Friendly” policy caused me unnecessary stress and anxiety. I should not have to be exposed to dogs because someone else chose to bring their animal with them. I have been a West Hills customer since the 1980’s, surely that kind of loyalty should matter.

I did appreciate the thorough inspection of my 05 accord, however I did not like the greasy steering wheel and the dirty fingerprints on my head liner and windshield post. Also I wish The oil pump gasket would have been replaced when you did my timing belt at 240K since this is a chronic problem with Honda engines. Now I am looking at an expensive repair and replacement of timing belt 50,000 miles before it should be due.
