The wait was longer than normal today, which was a bit disappointing, but the service itself was good quality.

I was prepared to stay a while since we showed up rather early for our appointment. It seemed like the blink of an eye (probably closer to 45 minutes out of what should have been 1.5 hours) and they were finished. Didn’t even grab that free latte! Thoroughly explained what will happen at the appointment as soon as we checked in. Looking forward to getting our car serviced there again.

Everything was fine, including Darryl’s service, except I was expecting completion by the estimate of 3:30-4:00 and I didn’t receive until shortly after 5:00. Not that big a deal, but it was the only thing precluding my “complete satisfaction.” I especially liked the complimentary multi point inspection.
