My service coordinator was fantastic. Brenda was super busy and managing her priorities well. My complaint is with the actual service completed. Or not completed. Both times Ive brought my truck in and asked for tire rotations and both times, it hasnt happened. Also, how did the tech inspect and note my brake pad thickness without removing the wheels? I paid for a maintenance plan, but I will be doing my own service from now on.
