Brenda Dunn was very courteous and competent. She was friendly when I met her as well as helpful. She made the process of getting my car serviced very easy. She explained things clearly and had someone take me to rent a car.
Brenda called me with the information on what needed to be done to fix my car and the estimate of the cost to do the work. I understood everything and Brenda always asked if I had any questions.
When I came to return the rental car I could not find their location so I went to Brenda and she had someone drive ahead of me so I could find it.
The checkout went smoothly and Brenda gave me a coupon to get a latte while she got all the paperwork together.
It was a pleasant experience to work with Brenda. I know she was busy but she gave me her undivided attention. Thank you!

I was advised to return to the dealer because of a frayed serpentine belt and i was surprised because it had only been 2 months since i had it replaced. The service advisor checked with the technician and i was told it must have been a bad belt they put on and it was frayed.
I made an appointment and dropped off my vehicle and i was told when i called for a status that there was nothing wrong with the belt.
It makes it hard to believe your multi-point when they say to fix something and there is nothing wrong with it.
