Brenda helped me understand my recall notices. She talked me through getting a rental car and leaving my car, so I could get all recalls repaired. I came in for oil change, wipers, and tire rotation. She was very professional and knowledgeable. She calmly talked me down from being a bit frustrated about leaving my car, getting a rental, etc, rather than just waiting an hour or so for an oil change.
