Kelsi provides the best customer service I have ever had in your service department. She greeted me as soon as I pulled into the garage. She informed me I could get wiper blades needed badly), took care of paperwork and told me she would find me when car was ready. After servicing she explained that everything was good. She was very pleasant and professional! Kelsi walked me out to my car. I was thinking what a nice thing to do! I’m so glad you asked about the service. I’m happy to tell you!

Someone stole stuff out of the car and rifled through our belonging while it was being serviced. This is completely unsatisfactory. You need to fire the employee stealing things from cars and turn them into the authorities for prosecution. Ironic that you say that I “trust” you with my car. We know Rob Colon and he will be hearing about this. The missing items are a box of chocolates and a greeting card.

Big blotches of grease left all over the rear of my car and on the drivers side. Told one price over the phone and in person when I showed up and 2 hours later they told me it would be damm near twice as much. On top of that I was told it would take two hours and after 2 hours they had just started on it.a total waste of my time and gas!
