Colins customer service, professionalism, accommodation, was superlative.
Alas, the remainder of the service department provided Colin substantial opportunities to go far beyond the call of duty to satisfy this customer. The receptionist who booked our appointment was clueless about the duration of the repair. Hence we Expected to wait for the service but had to leave it for the day. Colin arranges for a rental car gratis. The technician in accurately estimated the repair time, so we made an unnecessary trip back to Bremerton to retrieve the car. Colin comped the oil change. On the third day, when I was finally able to retrieve the car, I discovered that the technician had failed to fill the DEF. so I got to wait another half hour. Now I am skeptical whether an oil service was actually performed!
Throughout, Colin steadfastly went above-and-beyond to resolve the problems, while all those around stumble-bumbled their way through the service and repairs.

My issue was and is a tough one. It is intermittent and is not yet showing a code. It has to do with the truck not starting when turning the key. At times it takes multiole on off movements of the key to get the engine to start. The other issue was identified and turned out to be the front hubs in the lock position. I did not turn them from auto to lock. It was that way when i picked it up from Westhills Jeep Ram. Since it was not a warrenty item i was charged. Everyone worked with me, the price charged was fair.

I clearly jest, as Brenda was awesome throughout the process. She's attentive, kind, nice and thorough. She had my vehicle ready 30 minutes ahead of estimate. I will absolutely be back. In fact, my 2000 Expedition needs a headgasket and gas pump. Brenda is so good she'll likely know I need this done and prepare me an estimate. "That's All Folks!"
