I came into your service expecting another run around. I first went to Walmart to get my security lugs removed from my 2013 F150. They sent me to Les schwab. Les Schwab couldn't do and gave me more excuses. So I came to your dealership service station expecting more excuses and runaround. Your excellent staff and service lowered my blood pressure. They mad it happened by satisfying my needs without excuses. And Brenda even remembered me 8 months ago when I brought my explorer and left my vehicle binder in your service station. Just one advice. Supply your mechanics with security lug keys for each type. They managed to use my busted up security lug keys without any problems. Thank you mechanics for that also. Overall great freaking job. Kelsi took the extra time to look at my vehicle after the mechanics said it was fine. It was a good thing she did because the problem I was having was found by her. Also great communication. Between her personally calling and the automated messages. I would say the experience was pretty good. Only complaint is the mechanics claim my remote start is fine I have atleast 4 videos of it not working. The problem seems intermittent just like the sunroof that was “fine”
