She also explained that no work is done without the owners permission, which I really appreciated. I was originally told my repair was under warranty then told it wasn't because of a lift kit, my question is how can you just say that's what caused a small hole in the CV boot. I WOULDN'T KNOW EITHER WAY BUT I ended up paying over $800 an that made me angry
