Had nothing to do with Kelsi and her service.... because she had to leave work due to illness ..... had everything to do with the fact that I was there at 9:50 for a 10:00 o'clock appointment and at 3:00 walked outside the backdoor and saw my car parked.... not one time did anyone come to me and explain why it was taking so long or the fact that my car was done. So no I am not one bit satisfied with the service I received. And then to find out that the 154.00 that I paid for the diagnostic on my car didn't cover the transmission diagnostic and that will cost another 154.00....

Chris was awesome!! Communicated well and made sure I was up to date on what was happening with my car. He also made sure I had the opportunity to get a rental car while my car was getting worked on. I am very happy with the service I received from Colin. He is the first person I have had contact with since Parr that really cares. Parr would always help me with what I needed to have done as far maintenance. The first oil change I had with new ownership as West Hills...the individual I encountered was not very friendly and was not interested when I asked what maintenance I needed to have done, Parr had always helped me with that, needless to say I was at a loss. That's why it took me so long to come back. I Thank GOD for Colin, he was patient and took the time to go over what maintenance I needed to have done to keep my car running well. The service representative Brenda there was very awesome at doing what she was doing. That person was running back and forth to the maintenance shop. Never seen somebody work so hard and dedicated what she was doing. She needs an award for what she did on Saturday. It would be nice to have more service Representatives like her. I hope she advances well in her position.
