Had to wait 5 hrs for my van to be finished. Was told about 3 hours. I did show up on time to my 1 pm appointment. The person that helped was courteous and did give me updates throughout the wait. She was great. No need to contact me. I know at times things get behind schedule.

The oil change was fine. But, the sliding rear window I feel doesn't need a motor, the clip under the window that holds the cable is broken. The motor pulls the cable in both directions. Maybe all I need is the window with the bracket on the bottom. Thanks.
