Mandy does a fine job in the service department..she is a true asset and a joy to work with.
We have been going to Heartland Toyota for over 15 years and have had all of our Toyota serviced by Heartland, so we know our service people!

Well first he listen to my first ever complaint- he’s a very good listener and problem solver. I have had the pleasure and opportunity to interact with him on more than one occasion at the dealership and I will say he is so professional, Courteous and fun. This is what I have come to expect when I walk to the doors at Toyota, it’s why I love Toyota that’s why I buy Toyota, it’s wiring for all my friends and family to this very facility. I would like to note that my complaint was this, I wanted a service vehicle. I have never requested a service vehicle and all of the years that I have had my car serviced there. And I was very disappointed at the process of having to request one to include not getting a call back. I felt that my concerns were heard
