I was given an estimate of 1.25 hours to do the work. After an hour I saw my car in the lot as having been completed. It took half an hour for my car to be returned and when I asked about it I was told it wasn’t finished yet. Also, Aaron was busy with another customer and a different service person was available and he told me that he couldn’t do anything and I had to wait for Aaron. This delayed me over 15 minutes more. On the other hand, the work was done well and came in substantially under the estimate.
