Appreciated the detailed 36 mo. service to be performed. Had not anticipated length of service time required, so was offered rental car at Heartland's expense to provide transportation during the day to meet commitments at no additional cost. Did call to inquire about status and advised it was near and return for pick-up. Had $5 off oil change which did not show as credit on bill. But all in all a positive + experience.

When we checked in I said I needed to take my wife to a 2pm appointment. I was assured it would be done by 1:45. It was not done on time. She was 15 minutes late. Fortunately she was still able to be seen. Had we been notified she could have gotten a shuttle ride. Otherwise we are satisfied and loyal customers.
