Maintenance light was still on after service. Other than that, it was quick and painless oil change and check up.

To much waiting with no word on what was happening. To many customers and not enough service reps. Not the service reps fault. Heartland needs to properly staff the service department or not make so many appointments that it totally overwhelm your staff.
