I asked for the team to look at the birds eye camera (3rd time I've had you look at it) & even showed the office guy exactly what I was having an issue with. I was told they fixed it but nothing has changed! It's just as bad as before which tells me no one checked/verified the issue was fixed. I have to take an entire day off work to come to you so this is just unacceptable. I doubt I will be coming to you for my next lease just based on how bad the service has been (for both my husband's truck & my rav4).

As I was discussing the car rental with the agent at the rental counter, she indicated that while she knew that I had a service dog, I needed to be sure to clean and vacuum the car before returning it. I politely stated that federal law indicated that was not the case. The male rental agent, who at the time was working with another customer, interrupted our conversation to state that I was wrong, that I needed to be sure to vacuum the car for the next customer who might be allergic, especially if I wanted to avoid the cleaning fee. I stated that the law actually indicated that was not the case. I informed him I had been utilizing a service dog for well over 20 years, as a result, I am quite well versed in the law. He curtly told me that it would be courteous if I made sure it was free of dog hair. I assured him that I am a courteous person but he would do well to be cautious for someone else who might be an **** about it. He dismissively waved his hand in my direction, a little "tsk" under his breath, and turned away, ignoring any further conversation. I attempted to contact the supervisor but she was not available. I have intentionally made the choice to inform you, the organization, so you can prevent any further incident by formally educating your staff about service dogs and the law. I was sure to leave the website address on the form I signed for your convenience. Of course, if I am not satisfied by the response I receive from you I can and will exercise my right to contact the Department of Justice and the Washington State Human Rights Commission so they can conduct an investigation. My entire purpose is to ensure that no one else need tolerate the disrespect I experienced. I don't expect everyone to know the law. I do expect people to be respectful and maybe even simply be willing to learn something.
