Dustin was AMAZING with a job well done representing Toyota and the services your company provides. Because of him I will be a retuening customer for life. However if we were to go on the services or lack thereof from the first encounter we received by a young lady named Jennifer who was working out front we would have never come back. She did not address us when we addressed her regarding we were there to pick up the car she acted irritated and told us she had something else that she was working on. We later heard her complain in a loud voice in the lobby to another employee the irritation she felt towards her while my husband and I were not quite understanding what was going on. I have never brought my car to service at Toyota before we weren't quite sure the process one gentleman said go to the lady up front which was Jennifer to pay and we could leave. She did not address us she did not give us eye contact when I asked her if I could pay she told me I had to deal directly with Dustin again he was amazing I heard her page him once we waited 15 or 20 minutes in the lobby she did not follow up with us what was going on so again I asked her if there was somewhere else we could pay again wasn't realizing the step by step procedure and she practically bit my head off. I ended up texting Dustin on my own as a communication with him and I went on from last week when I brought my car in up until yesterday when I was picking it up it was very clear and he was very prompt at his response. I walk to his desk area and sat down on the chairs and we were immediately greeted by him. I've worked customer service for over 30 years and I know that the face of the company is very important. Dustin 100% exceeded that. Jennifer on the other hand did not. I will be returning Customer because of Dustin my husband and I were very satisfied and completely happy when we left there because of him thank you.

Richard was very polite and helpful, I asked for lots of different quotes on things I needed and wanted for my Sienna. Thank Richard for being very patient with me????
