Steve was very hard to work with. He didn’t make me feel at ease. He told me how busy the shop was and when I asked about a secondary service issue he didn’t attempt to help, he passed me off to my salesman (who did an outstanding job at solving the problem). Steve should work on his customer service skills.

Sadly I had to follow up with the service rep regarding warranty paint services. Then I had to assist him with finding which warranty service dent repair was covered under when I was told at the time of purchase of the warranty, that the dealership could see all warranty info on file. When my car was repaired, they left all non affected areas dirty, one would think when you pay that much for a vehicle and for an added on warranty that your vehicle would be cleaned..
