Had to make a return trip to correct a problem that was caused by the dealership from routine oil change. When ‘repair’ was complete I was assured by Aaron Smith that the problem was corrected with a zip tie. Unacceptable by any sane person’s standards.

The only thing I didn't like was I asked - at the time I booked my appointment - the cost and was told $64.95 but when they quoted the cost it was $89.95. Just wish your people would know for sure when you have to budget for this. Mandy said it was what I paid last time, but I can't remember 4-5 months ago on costs.
