The only issue I had with the service was that I was initially overcharged for the service by $100. The concerning thing is that I have had the same maintenance performed at the dealership before, and there has been consistently an issue with what is covered under my warranty. Besides that, everything was performed to my expectation.

Dustin has clear communication and excellent customer service. He has consistently aided my efforts to ensure the utmost best care of my vehicle and the support staff are as top-notch as he is. I hope that all staff in the service department are adequately paid for there service as the living wage in the area increases due to the vast number of Seattle transplants. If not, I would encourage rapid amelioration in the form of pay increases.

The initial large part of the repair i believe may be fixed but I won't know until I drive it a few times. The secondary problem i had wasn't fixed. There are 2 lights on my dash that are supposed to come on when the headlights and the driving lights are in use and they are burned out. I felt like this wasn't taken seriously. Thanks

As usual was topnotch in all aspects. However, I would like to give a special shout out to Sarah in the coffee shop. Observing from afar she is one of most dedicated service persons I have ever seen. Profession, friendly, courteous. Working for years in the food service business I was very impressed with her work ethic. I would love if there was some way of honoring her. She is a asset. Poor customer comunication. I received no phone call for when my vehicle was completed. I called twice in one hour apart and was put on hold and told someone would call shortly, no call back. Our family and time are very important to us. Thank you to Dustin for clearing up some of our questions. we hope for an improvement next time we have contact.

The dashboard in my car was not properly replaced, it is sagging above the gauges so I have to come back tomorrow. There was also a large wad of insulation left from the work. I stopped coming to this dealership because of their lack of attention to detail, and this is another example of it. I have to waste my own time to come back for something that should have been done properly the first go.
