Nina made the experience of 'taking our car to the vet' something to look forward to. She was very professional and efficient, knowledgable and thorough. It certainly doesn't hurt that we get a latte and wifi (albeit the chairs are a bit blown out) and a shuttle to do our chores while our car is in the hospital. And this time we even got massages (and good ones too). We will continue to use Heartland and recommend it to our friends and hope to work with Nina in the future.
