I’ve been coming to Heartland Toyota for service on all my vehicles for at least 12 years. Yesterday was the worst customer service I’ve experienced there. The service department was very busy and I’m typically understanding of what that’s like, but the majority of employees I interacted with were not welcoming (there were exceptions, thankfully!). I was not checked in until over 20 minutes after my appointment time and felt like I was treated as an inconvenience. I was very disappointed. In addition, the Bluetooth issue I brought my vehicle in for was not resolved despite being told it was.

Overall experience was good. But you guys forgot to do the oil change that I spoke with Mandy about. So, unfortunately now I have to lose 1/2 of my Saturday w/my kids to go getit done tomorrow instead. Ganted, this was notkot on the original order. However, I called and spoke with Mandy about it and she said it was on the order and even gave me the price for the service before tax as we were trying to get an idea of the total cost over everything. Which ended up being around $1800 or so.
Also was surprised that the car was not vaccummed at least vaccumed after spending $1800. That’s something I that even other shops do and even Walmart does.
In general I am happy, mainly because I have my car back and it works. So thank you because that is what is most important.
Just not sure I will be a returning customer.
