It started off well. Trenton got me checked in for my oil change and tire rotation. I asked how long it would take and he said 60-75 min. I was ok with that because if this held true it gave me plenty of time to make a medical appt. However after 90-100min later I wasn’t approached with an update so I went up there for a status update. Rick just got the paperwork and wrapped it up for me. This appt took close to two hours from start to finish. I would’ve liked an update sooner, like around time it was supposed to be finished. Luckily, the Dr. said to come in as soon as I was done at Heartland. He saw me without issues to his schedule.
