Jacob was awesome at helping us with Toyota Corolla. He not only helped us with with what we came for but also went out of his way and exchanged my car battery for free which made it super easy for me to open my car and lock it with just pressing the key button, I had to hard key the car before. Also, my front bumper was scratched and seemed like it was separated from sides, I thought I'd have to change the whole bumper but he went ahead and pressed on the sides of my vehicle bumper and pushed it back in its place, Now I just have to paint the scratched area and not waste tons of money o replacing it. If not for him I would have thought the entire bumper needs to be replaced not just a minor scratch paint job. He also gave us free coffee of our choice slips, I love coffee and was glad to have a choice at the cafe.Jacob also got us transit to starbucks and back while our car was serviced, the driver was super kind and friendly too, both ways.
Really appreciate that Jacob also told us about possible military discounts on various services and free oil change days on veterans day.
Awesome service, keep it up! I definitely consider coming back when something needs to be done with my vehicle!
