Aaron and the other associates at the dealership were really outstanding. I did not anticipate in needing some of the repairs to my truck and they made it reasonable and explained it very well. I work customer service for a airline and I was so impressed with Aaron and the other service advisors in the way with which they dealt with the customers. My repairs took care of the noises that I was having and the proper diagnostic of needing to change my timing belt was also a good call. My engine is actually running smoother than it did before which tells me my timing belt was probably much past its end of life and mildly interfering with the proper timing of the engine.
The mechanics also seem to be top notch. This experience is why I don’t hesitate to take my car to be serviced at the dealership when I need it.

Mandy Martin always does an amazing job making sure that my needs are met and my vehicles are taken care of. I could go somewhere else for cheaper service but I would miss out on Heartland’s fantastic customer service.
