I was very stressed that I would be left without a car For any length of time. She had me bring it immediately even though I didn’t have an appointment and they would check it first thing in the am. In my stupidity I changed the battery myself but it apparently wasn’t charged. It was charged by the time I got to the shop but I didn’t know that. The next day they let me know right away that it was running fine and didn’t even charge me for it. She even recognized me when I walked in to get my car and everything was waiting for me.
