Dustin Beeson was great to work with. I had an irritating rattle, which I thought was in the passenger door. After I asked Dustin to go on a ride, he quickly diagnosed the rattle was from the passenger seatbelt - he moved it down a notch and bingo! ...no more rattle.
It was a very pleasant visit... I received a free latte at the comfortable cafe, a bottle of water and a free car wash afterwards.
I want to give a shoutout to Chris, the red jacket valet, and Kenny the survey taker... all 3 were professional and personable at the same time.

Amanda was Outstanding! She went above and beyond. She even called Toyota to see if my (dead) battery was still under factory warranty. But more importantly she was able to get our Camry diagnosed , the morning after I had it towed in, fixed and ready for pick up by that early afternoon (Our appt was for 05Mar pm - we had our car back 02 Mar). She was very good about explaining our problem and any future “to dos” if we run into the same issues. Additionally she cleared up my oil change issue. Great job
