I am typically fairly satisfied. However, I was extremely dissatisfied with my last visit for two reasons. First is the fact that you have changed the appointment system. No longer does the answer person tell me what my car needs so I have no idea how long the wait will be until I check in. My appointment yesterday ended up being for several things and when I dropped the car off around 11, I was told it would be done at four. I was dropped back there at 3:45 and did not drive away until after 5:30. To say I was frustrated is putting it mildly. Jennifer,however, kept trying to encourage the technician to get finished. She appeared to do her best for me.

When I showed Dustin how my car was not vacuumed and, in fact, the floor mat was dirtier than when I left it, he vacuumed it himself. I showed him just so that he could let the vacuumers know to be more thorough. I don’t feel entitled to having the car vacuumed, but since you tell your customers that you will, you should. I didn’t expect Dustin to do the vacuuming, and I was impressed that he did. I thought it was above and beyond my expectations. Please thank him for me. PS please remind the people who vacuum the cars to pay closer attention to the quality of their work.
