Rolled off the lot with a tire pressure sensor tripped didn’t notice it right away went in to correct the error found out a nail was in the tire (assuming from the test drive) they patched the tire and when re assembling the sensor and tire broke the sensor and I had to waste four hours of my day for it to be fixed just to get into the vehicle and have the check engine light be on and the dash displayed low oil pressure I haven’t had the vehicle for more than 24 hours and there is already a bunch of problems the customer service side of things is wonderful very nice people but the quality of work seems to be lacking I want things to be made right because again tomorrow Sunday March 10th I will be wasting my personal time trying to figure out what is wrong with the vehicle I am financing I am a pretty easy going person but this is ridiculous and has effected my only days off the days that I spend running errands and relaxing I don’t mean to be rude or self entitled but my personal time is not cheap

When I booked service I reserved a rental car, there was no car waiting for me and my name was not on the list of those who had reserved cars.
My wife and I own the vehicle but I service the vehicle but my wife’s name is the one associated with the vehicle. No matter how many times I ask to fix this it is never fixed.
The intake process was slow and the rental process happened in another location and was also slow. I expected to be able to drive away in a loaner car within a few mins of arriving but it took a good 35 mins to get out the door.
