I asked for my oil changed and my window repaired. When I got to the dealership after I was told my car was done, I found out that they went over my atherised amount, the car wasn’t vacuumed, and my oil wasn’t changed. When I left my car was still not vacuumed, and I was charged over $100 for a screw being lose.
