Jacob was truly outstandingly! However, I expected more from Head Service Manager and Heartland ownership to replace the front diff without me having to contacted the Toyota Corporation. A true Heartland valued customer would not have to spend time to convince the Toyota Corporation to replace the front diff. It was rebuild by Heartland Toyota and not the Toyota Corporation. I am happy with the outcome. Having purchased two and leased one from Heartland and both my kids purchasing vehicles from Heartland, I expected more. Ed Meyer
