As a previous owner of many Toyotas from different locations, there is something I have found lacking. For as many dealerships as there are in the auto mall, I wonder why there is no car wash? I don't live anywhere near the brown bear wash that they give tickets for. It was always so nice picking up a clean car after service. It was a little thing that went a long way.

This is Kristina who brought the Prius in for service today. I bought my first Toyota from Haselwood (Heartland) Toyota in 2000 and the Prius is my 3rd vehicle from there. For the most part I’ve been satisfied with my service appointments but many times have dreaded the “hard upsell” approach of the people I’ve worked with the service department. Today was another story entirely. Jake was absolutely fantastic and clearly knows cars. I appreciated his ability to speak speak with knowledge and not a hard sales pitch. My best appointment yet.
