He was awesome. However he told me I only have about 2 years of free oil changes left. I have had the vehicle for 3 years snd I paid for the seven year plan. He told me what the computer said and I am very upset. He said the finance office sets the amount of oil changes I have. I am VERY upset about that. But I am very satisfied with him.

Dustin was professional from start to finish, even though it was later in the evening, he took the time to help figure out what my problem was. Once the problem was identified he came to speak with me and gave me some options as far as a solution to the problem. He then didn’t charge me for a problem he originally identified and when it was confirmed the time spent was no charge. I recently purchased the truck in question and he made a world of difference to my worry of buying a vehicle privately and having more unidentifiable issues no problem at all.
