I had some paint or weird substance on my car, it was frustrating that on the weekend no was there that could take care of it .
The person who checked my car for mileage asked me to sign the form saying there was no current damage on my car. He didn’t note the paint splatter (that I had already told him about) or the obviously cracked window.
He also kept asking me how I got the paint/mystery splatter after I had already said I did not know
When they called to let me know my car was down no message was left. I just assumed it was heartland based on the number.
Not sure I’ll be coming again.
