Super as always satisfied with my service but I did have an issue with seeing Dustin in the service drive. He should be in the managers chair in the Express Service. Shame on you Toyota

Everything went great, at the end I guess they forgot to vacuum the front seat but Richard quickly resolved it and got it back out within 10 minutes with the front and back clean. Very nice and great customer service.

On Wednesday February 20th, 2019, my wife and I were towed into Heartland Toyota. We were on our way to our doctor appointment and my wife was in excruciating pain. We were late, tired, and disappointed with our vehicle. Jacob Wiegel heard our sad story and did everything in his power to ensure we had the best experience at Heartland Toyota. I have never seen anyone type so fast to get us checked in and off with a rental vehicle the way he had. After returning our rental car, hours later, he continued to go the extra mile by staying a little later with us and calling Titus Will Toyota and advocating for us as a Toyota customer.
