I have to say that I actually look forward to getting my car serviced at Heartland Toyota. From the minute I drive in, I am treated so well by friendly employees. You have everything down to a science and everyone knows exactly what everyone else is doing and how to treat customers well. Aaron was on top of it all. he was fast professional he explained everything and he was very quick to communicate so we would be able to get back to the dealership on time before it close to pick up our vehicle. every employee at heartland was very kind and courteous everybody said hello it was just an all-around fantastic experience. and the process he's put in place where great to I really enjoyed a being able to pay the bill online and that enabled us to get in and out a lot sooner at 6:50 when I know everybody wanted to go home so that was a great future to have so thank you.
