Dustin did a good job. I cannot say that about the other service advisor who acted in an unprofessional manner towards me.

The service was great but that is what you come to expect from Heartland Toyota. After reading the owner manual, I was not clear in my mind where to position the floor jack to lift up car and change tires. The service writer, Mr. Austin Newell was kind enough to take me into the garage area where they had the car raised to change the oil. He showed me the jack placement areas.
My main complaint was the choice of music being played.
I like Country, Bluegrass and the old rock. I asked what they were playing and was told it was POP. Sounded more like a dieing calf in a hail storm. I turned off both of my hearing aids. Didn't help much!
